Midwest Method Ambassador Program participation is subject to approval and continued compliance with program requirements.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ambassadors are independent participants and are not employees of Midwest Method.
- Commission applies only to eligible, properly attributed sales.
- Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or self-referral purchases may be excluded from commission.
- Ambassadors may not purchase through their own referral link or code to generate commission or rewards.
- Audience discounts apply only to eligible products. Certain products, bundles, subscriptions, or promotional items may be excluded.
- Ambassador discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
- Ambassadors must clearly disclose their material relationship with Midwest Method when promoting products.
- Ambassadors may not make false, misleading, medical, disease-treatment, or guaranteed-result claims.
- Ambassadors may not state or imply that Midwest Method products are FDA approved.
- Ambassadors may not impersonate Midwest Method or create accounts, websites, or advertising that appears to be an official Midwest Method property.
- Paid advertising using Midwest Method trademarks or branded search terms requires prior permission.
- Midwest Method trademarks, logos, product imagery, and brand assets remain the property of Midwest Method.
- Rewards and free products are performance-based and are not guaranteed solely through program membership.
- Ambassadors are responsible for applicable taxes associated with commissions or compensation received.
- Midwest Method may modify program commission rates, discounts, rewards, or terms with notice.
- Midwest Method may suspend or terminate participation for abuse, fraud, policy violations, misleading promotion, or conduct that may harm the brand.
- Participation does not guarantee income, sponsorship, free products, or continued membership.
